Villa Niki Parga

Villa Niki is a modern housing estate situated over Parga’s central beach,with view laying from the Islet of Virgin Mary to the beach, Villa Rosa and St Helen’s Hill. It has a privately-owned car park,  residences with big balconies, wonderful view and it is fully equipped. That’s why it is considered one of the mostoutstanding accommodations in the whole area. Furthermore, it is easily accessible from the road.

If in all these you add the fact that it is at just 5 minutes on foot from the beach and 7 minutes from the harbour and the town centre you will understand why we choose this accommodation for our holidays every time we are in Parga.

There are two types of accommodation: apartments and studios.

The apartments are equipped with kitchenette, fridge, air-conditioning and TV, have big balconies with view to the sea and parking space for all tenants. They can accommodate 2 to 5persons and are ideal for families.

The studios have view to the sea, are equipped with kitchen,fridge and private bathroom, ceiling fan, TV, small safe box and have of course a balcony of 9 square metres with wonderful view to the sea and the beach of Parga. They can accommodate 2 to 3 persons.
